Stop wasting time and money by waiting

"

Waiting... We would rather not do it. Especially when it costs money. Yet we see that waiting is a big problem in the logistics world. This does not only apply for the Netherlands, but for all of Europe.

\n

Several studies indicate that waiting times for drivers of 3 to 5 hours per week are more a rule than an exception. Not to mention the hidden costs and the hassle that comes with it when waiting times are exceeded. A number of parties are immediately involved. The planning department must be called, the driver must be called and the next customer must be informed. In the worst case, the next load cannot be delivered and has to be rescheduled.

\n

Despite agreements on waiting times, it turns out to be difficult in practice to charge an excess of these times or to optimise the contract on the basis of practical experience. Why is this? Because of a lack of insight. Finding out what the exact waiting time was takes a lot of time and that time is often not available.

\n

Of course, there must be another way! That is why we have developed a tool with which you can easily, without time or effort, always have real time insight into:

\n

-All your hotspots
-Your daily outliers per location
-The results of this week in comparison to the week before
-A detailed overview per specific location (you can see per day/week, time & asset at detail level)
-The ability to share live locations with customers
-Automatic status updates. You will receive these upon arrival and departure (useful for multiple departments within the organization)
